Man mano che acquisirai una maggiore esperienza nel trading, potrai richiedere la riclassificazione del tuo Conto come Conto Professionale, in modo tale da allineare la tua libertà operativa alla tua esperienza, competenza e alle tue abilità.
La riclassificazione del conto è una procedura semplice, è sufficiente infatti dimostrare:
Tenere presente che alcuni vincoli normativi meno stringenti impongono ai clienti di firmare una deroga, in cui rinunciano alle tutele normative concesse ai trader privati.

Dimensione del portafoglio
Come parte del processo di riclassificazione, sarà necessario dimostrare di possedere un portafoglio pari o superiore a 500.000 EUR. Ove il tuo portafoglio fosse diversificato e ripartito fra diversi broker, ti verrà richiesto di fornire la documentazione comprovante la dimensione di tale portafoglio.
Volume e dimensioni delle operazioni
La soglia per raggiungere lo status di trader professionista è fissata in 10 operazioni effettuate su un prodotto rilevante, in volumi significativi, per ciascun trimestre nel corso dell’ultimo anno. Le operazioni completate con altri broker sono valide e rilevano ai fini dello status di trader professionista, previa fornitura di apposita documentazione.
Esperienza professionale
Nel passaggio allo status di trader professionista, ti verrà richiesto di fornire prove relative alle tue precedenti mansioni nel settore finanziario. È necessario disporre di un’esperienza minima di un anno in una posizione professionale, sufficiente ad aver fornito al cliente una conoscenza e una comprensione adeguate dei pertinenti prodotti.
Per aprire un Conto di Trading Professionale
Vincoli normativi meno stringenti
Tenere presente che in qualità di trader professionista le tutele legali concesse saranno inferiori a quelle concesse in qualità di trader privato.
Leva nei CFD: Per i trader professionisti si applicano vincoli meno stringenti sulla Leva. Tenere tuttavia presente che a una leva maggiore corrisponde un rischio maggiore.
